We are teaching the children strategies to help stop the spread of Coronavirus in line with Public Health England guidelines. These guidelines can be seen if you click the link below.
At Crossacres the children will be washing their hands at the following times;
- 8.40 – 9.00 – on arrival at school
- 10.45 – after break
- After PE lessons
- 11.45 (EYFS and KS1) 12.00 (KS2)
- After lunch
- Hand washing will take place in the classroom supervised by teachers and TA’s.
Soap will be provided for all classes.
In addition to this the children will be taught how to wash their hands and use tissues to help stop the spread of the virus, the lessons follow DFE Guidelines.
